1. What we collect

The email address you give us for the notify list; payment details handled by Stripe (we never see or store your card number); and basic website activity (pages viewed, buttons clicked) so we can see how many people are interested.

2. How we use it

To tell you about the Lodestone Ark and when it's ready, to take and refund payments, and to gauge interest so we can decide how many to build. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who helps us run it

Payments: Stripe. Website analytics: PostHog. Email list storage: a database or email service we control. TODO: confirm and link each company's terms.

4. Your choices

You can leave the email list any time, and you can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@hvaipartners.com. TODO: add the specific rights for your state.
