These terms cover the $100 refundable deposit and the $3,500 price-lock reservation. Plain language; have a lawyer confirm before launch.
1. We give you an estimate, not a guaranteed date
The Lodestone Ark is still being built. Any dates we share are estimates to help you plan, not promises. We won't give a guaranteed ship date until a build is locked in, and estimates can move.
2. Full refund until we start building yours
“We start building yours” means the moment we order the parts for your specific unit. Up until then, you can get a full refund — every penny, no questions asked. After that, your parts have been bought and are on the way, so we can't unwind it.
3. The $100 deposit
A real $100 payment that moves you to the front of the line, ahead of the free list. It counts toward your final price and is fully refundable until we start building your unit (see above).
4. The $3,500 price-lock reservation
Locks in the $3,500 price against an expected sale price of $4,000 to $5,000, and guarantees you a unit from the first batch. Fully refundable until we start building your unit (see above).
5. If we cancel the project
If we don't go ahead and build, every deposit and reservation is refunded in full. You owe nothing and you're not on the hook for anything.
6. How to get a refund
Email hello@hvaipartners.com from the address you used at checkout, before we start building your unit. TODO: confirm how long refunds take to process.
